If the goods you have recieved has arrived damaged or faulty, or it was not what you have originally ordered, we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange it. The items must be sent back in its original packaging.

Please remember to obtain and keep proof of postage, as in the unlikely event that the parcel is not recieved no responsibilty we can not accept the liability of returned goods lost in transit. Goods must be returned within 14 working days of delivery to you or notifying us of a cancellation. Please ensure that the returning package is properly sealed.
If you have chosen to have a refund, we will process the refund within 14 days of reciving your goods. Providing goods are returned in its original condition and packaging. An email will be issued to inform you that your refund has been refunded.
If you have request an exchange or an exchange this will be processed within approx 7 working days of receiving your returned goods.
