Start from within

There are many elements to glowing skin. Exercise, a beauty regime, what you eat and what you drink. Speaking from experience there was a time that I was aiming to loose a few pounds and one of my staples was drinking my Merry Berrry Blast. It consisted of rasberries, blackberries, blueberries and strawberries. I drank this every day and my face was not only glowing but was plump and looked noticeably healthier.
